Hummer small wind turbines are supercritical generators (SCF).  SCF generator technology takes advantage of special structure and materials to make the generator operate in a critical state, which makes full use of the generator's power capabilities, lowers its volume, weight and improves its working efficiency to a large extent.

Hummer SCF generators differ from traditional generators because they are smaller in size and lighter in weight.  Typically 1/3 to 1/5 lighter than traditional generators.

Hummer SCF generators  have a higher efficiency than traditional generators as well.  Typically 10% to 30% greater operating at the same wind speeds.

Hummer SCF generators are located in the nose cone of the Hummer turbine thereby increasing the ability to quickly radiate heat and offer reduced wind resistance.  They are also better suited to operate in all weather conditions.
